First Post

So... I decided to try this out just for fun cuz one of my friends was doin a lot with this and stuff. It may turn out to be something I continue though. This is basically a blog of snippets in my life as I search for my place in this world. Here are some things about me:


  • Live in a small town called Leslie about 15-20 miles south of Lansing
  • Parents Divorced
  • Live with my dad, his girlfriend, and her two kids. I think they are all awesome people!
  • Just graduated high school
  • Not going to college yet due to lack of money
  • Don't have a job but am avidly looking
  • Am a Christian however am very non-judgemental and not hypocritical. Like most Christians I will attempt to either get you into religion or convert you from whatever religion you currently are. Unlike most Christians however, if I see that you are clearly not interested, I will leave you alone on the subject.
  • Play and sing in the praise band at my church, New Life Fellowship
  • Love missions trips! You should go on one.
  • Very non-racists, I grew up with black people living across the street and we were very good friends.
  • If you ever use the word "fag" in a derrogatory manner meaning a gay guy, I will slit your throat. Not really but I won't be too happy.
  • The rest you will have to find out on your own by keeping up with my blog.

    Zack, I just saw your comments to Blake, and I want to say God bless you for the encouragement you have given him.

    I also want to give you credit for being a Christian and for your approach to announcing the gospel to others, fir your non-racist, nonjudgmental way of living, and for being able to accept your father's gf and her children lovingly. It sounds as if the Lord is moving in your life and you are accepting the graces he has been giving you.

      This is actually the first time I've been on my blog since this first post and I haven't seen your comment before now. I just want to say thank you for your comment. Even though it was an old comment, today is the day I needed to see it. I've been going through some struggles recently and reading your comment was a real encouragement for me.
